Product overview
The Manning AirScan™ iR sensor responds to refrigerants in a concentration range of 0-3000 ppm and uses SensorCheck™ technology to continuously monitor sensor performance.
The Manning AirScan™ iR infrared sensor is an affordable, microprocessor-based sensor selective for refrigerant and maintains the highest level of accuracy and reliability after years of use due to its stable design platform. This multifunctional sensor uses a unique SensorCheck™ technology that continuously monitors sensor performance, enabling it to provide worry-free services throughout its service life.
Unlike a sample suction system, as a true "diffusion" design sensor, the Manning AirScan™ iR sensor continuously monitors all detection points without any pump or filter. This multifunctional sensor is installed in a heavy metal bench structure to ensure the thermal stability and protect it from vibration.
Other features and advantages
Customstom for refrigerant
Can respond to refrigerant (including R-404a, R-22, R-507, R514A, R-134a, R-407a, R-410a, R-422d, NH3, CO2, HFO1234YF, HFO1234ZE, HFO1233ZD)
Internal monitoring of the 4 / 20 mA cycle circuit is sustainable
Diffusion design sensor
No moving parts, no pump or filter required
All detection points can be continuously monitored in an affordable way
versatility
Can be shared with any model of the Honeywell Analytics reader
The standard probe range of 0-3000 ppm can be readjustment to lower trigger points
Provide a linear output of 4 / 20 mA, affected by the refrigerant concentration
Simple, real-time calibration eliminates downtime for maintenance
Can automatically adapt to the temperature fluctuations
consistency of performance
Unique internal reference channels compensate for dust particles, ignition decompositions, moisture and temperature fluctuations, food odor, chemical cleaners, etc
ATMOS ™ Technology
Can run in-60°F low temperature and condensed moisture or during flushing
Automatically adapt to its environment and provides accurate and reliable performance in the est environments
SensorCheck™ Technology
Check the operating parameters of the sensor and send a notification output signal (if an exception is identified)
The electrical activity of the sensor was tested at 24-h intervals
Signs can be detected through the Manning gas monitor or the PLC
