Two, working principle
The HT-600 comprehensive extraction detection device adopts the extraction sampling system, which collects the sample gas through the sampling pump through the sampling pipeline (the sampling flow rate is 7.3 m/s; the outlet pressure of sampling pump is 2.5bar; the inlet vacuum degree of sampling pump is 160mbar).To enter the analysis box for analysis.All monitoring probes are installed in the analysis box and are connected to the sample trachea by the air hood.The process sample gas can effectively remove the potentially contaminated dust through the secondary fine filter, and adjust the flow rate of the sample gas into the detector through the high-precision visual float flowmeter, so as to achieve accurate measurement.
