the working principle
The extraction detection device of gas detector adopts extraction sampling system, which collects sample gas through sampling pump through sampling pipeline (sampling flow speed is 7.3 m/s; the outlet pressure of sampling pump is 2.5bar; the vacuum degree of sampling pump inlet is 160mbar).To enter the analysis box for analysis.All the monitoring probes are installed in the analysis box, which is connected to the sample trachea by the air hood.The process sample gas can effectively remove the potentially contaminated dust through the secondary fine filter, and adjust the flow of the sample gas into the detector through the high-precision visual float flow meter to achieve accurate measurement (the field temperature is higher than 150℃, and the cooling device is required).
Technical characteristics
The advantage of this scheme is that the sensor does not need to be installed inside the container under test, and multiple monitoring probes only need to open one sampling probe hole, and the opening diameter is very small.Effectively increase the container surface utilization rate.Second, the sensor is not blocked by the dust in the container, and is not susceptible to the corrosion, oxidation and oxidation of acid, alkali and humidity on the detector, effectively reducing the maintenance workload, and the sampling probe can even be maintenance free for life.The detector is installed outside the warehouse for staff maintenance, maintenance, observation, etc.
