Honeywell's TruStability® High Precision Silicon Ceramics (HSC) series is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor that provides the digital output of the specified full range pressure range and temperature range reading pressure.
The Honeywell Pressure Sensor HSC family is fully calibrated and temperature compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and nonlinearity by using on-board dedicated integrated circuits (ASIC).The calibrated pressure output value is updated at around 2 kHz.
The pressure sensor HSC series was calibrated in a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C [32°F to 122°F].The sensor operates with a single power supply of either 3.3 Vdc or 5.0 Vdc.
The TruStability® pressure sensor is suitable for non-corrosive, non-ionic gases (e. g. air and other dry gases).The options provided extend the performance of these sensors for non-corrosive, non-ionic liquids.
