Functional characteristics of YZ pump head

Component name and function
1. Flat shaft end: used to connect driver coupling and pump head in series
2. Lever: used when installing hoses
3. Slide block: after pressing down, squeeze the hose together with the roller device
4. Pipe clamp: after the slider is pressed down, the hose is clamped to prevent the hose from moving
5. Fixing hole: fix the pump head on the driver through the pump head screw
6. Coupling: used for tandem connection of pump heads when double pump heads are used.
7. Upper slider: pull the lever to drive the slider to move up and down, so as to replace the hose conveniently and quickly.

How to install the pump head
● Orient the flat shaft of the pump head towards the driver, align it with the coupling groove in the pump head bracket, and push it in so that the back of the pump head is close to the pump head bracket.
● Insert the attached two (three YZ35) screws into the fixing hole and tighten the pump head screws (do not use too much force).
Install the hose
● Pull the lever to the left to the horizontal position and lift the slider
● Select the hose applicable to the specified wall thickness of the pump head
● Pull the pipe clamp on one side upwards to put the hose in, and then pull the pipe clamp on the other side to put the hose on the other side.
● Straighten the hose inside the pump head to make it stretch naturally without distortion.
● Pull the lever to the right to the horizontal position, and press the slider down into place.
